I am eating less processed foods and more real food, now, more than I was at the beginning of April. Cut out soda and almost all fast food. I'm working on cutting out sugars, most sugars. I still cannot give up the sugar in my morning coffee or tea. I am reading more labels on things I do eat that are somewhat processed.
