I'm in the tracking phase currently here's a sum up of the day.
2 over easy eggs, 3 strips of Bacon, homefries, 2 slices of white toast lightly buttered, simply orange OJ, & 24 oz coffee w/ 2 sugars & cream. didn't eat all of my toast.
handful of cheese curls I bought last week & water.
salad w/ cottage cheese & slaw & a little bit of blue cheese dressing. water to drink.
