same old thing

apparently I again slacked yesterday & didn't update my blog on my food. :-(
breakfast this morning is yogurt,  banana, 2 cups of coffee & water.
lunch is leftover salmon & rice w/ water.


a pork chop & 2 bowls of salad (I cut back on the dressing even though it looks like a lot.) a little glass of almond milk.
2 scoops of ice cream w/ sprinkles & a sugar cone. (way more sugar than I should)
