a breakfast sandwich (bacon, egg & cheese on white bread) coffee for breakfast this morning.
a 2nd cup of coffee
small salad with blue cheese dressing, lots of green stuff & a lg tablespoon of low fat cottage cheese, half an egg & water.
took a walk/jog around the buildings.
still figuring out dinner
frozen lemonade & water
split mild boneless hot wings (mild) with Krystin
3 cheese chicken penne
So I have to give my review of Applebee's 3 Cheese Chicken Penni. It totally SUCKS now. It use to be really good. The pasta done just enough, the alfrado sauce not too thin or thick & covered the pasta well, and we'd get a bit more than a half a chicken breast on the top.
However
NOW the pasta is over cooked & mushy, the alfredo sauce is thrown
on to the pasta and they shave off minuscule slices of chicken that
barely make a quarter of a breast. The mini bread stick they serve with
it is hard and slathered in oil & some type of spices/herbs that I
may not have wanted. I took one bite of it and found it foul. Both
Krystin & I didn't finish our pasta because it was that unpalatable.
I'd suggest someone skip this entree when they go to Applebee's.
Our
service was moderately OK, only due to the fact it was more like a fast
food restaurant than a sit-down & be served establishment. We were
in and out in 45 minutes. Next time maybe I'll opt for 99 or some other
restaurant in town.
